I bought a BUZZ RACK Eazzy 4 about 2 years ago. It's brilliant, I have had roof mounted bike carriers and frankly they are a pain with an SUV always straining as you put them on! This is really easy to fit on the tow bar and easy to get the bikes on and off and you can get in the boot! I have now been on 3 family holidays with it and no problems.This year I noticed a slight weakness in one of the springs that hold the ratchet in place, the roof box co sent me a free replacement part 2 years after my purchase so really good support and customer service, totally recommend the product and the company.

I don't often write reviews but I have to say that the Roof Box Company deserve this 5 star rating... I bought a bike rack that attaches to the tow bar from the company and my product arrived without delay... after some months the manufacturer issued a recall as a component on the bike rack needed replacing... this obviously wasn't the roofbox company's fault and yet the way they managed this from start to finish was exemplary... I would highly recommend!

Recently purchased some Rhino Kammbars for my 2015 Toyota proace. The pricing is spot on and the communication is great; great roof bars by the way too!I did have an issue with fitting, a real long story, turns out it’s how I fitted them myself, but to be fair I’m working to the measurements of a roof tent rail so have had to adapt.That said the staff at the Roofbox company went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, also liaising with rhino support, to find a solution to help me adapt my fitment; they didn’t have to!First class service and support, thanks again!Ben

it was a pleasure buying from the Roof Box Company. Good on-line prices, quick delivery and their key exchange plan worked very well. Changed all the different locks on the bars and racks easily for ones all keyed the same and returned old locks for a quickly processed refund.

I purchased a bike rack through Roof Box for my new Caravelle. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. The tailgate of the VW catches on most racks. I contacted Roof Box and they were brilliant. I was told to order the one I needed (Atera Strada DL3, perfect for the VW Caravelle/Transporter range), and as soon as that was done they would arrange a courier to collect the unwanted one. Once they had that back, the refund (minus the courier fee) would be issued. I then went and missed the courier pickup as I was on the school run. Contacted Roof Box who, without hesitation, arranged a second collection. A week after it was successfully picked up by the courier, received the refund. The correct bike rack had arrived in the mean time and was perfect. A massive thanks to the team at Roof Box for making the entire experience very easy indeed. 5 stars all round

Bought a set aero roof bars over 3 years ago and had prompt delivery at the time.Having had the roof bars on and off over 3 years I noted that a concealed part had sheared.I contacted via email even though the bars were just out of warranty expecting the usual sorry sir reply.However they dealt with the issue within days supplying a new pair of roof bars and arranging collection of the originals with no cost to me.Went above and beyond other customer service experiences I have had.

My Yakima JustClick 2 bike rack arrived at lunch time less than 24hrs after I ordered it…….thank you THE Yakima JustClick 2 bike rack is BRILLIANT. Straight out of the box and onto the tow bar. What an advance over my old (15 year old) Thule, which bluntly that model struggled with ebikes.. It is well built and totally logical to use. Yes it costs about £100 more than many others but this is an outstanding product. My wife has no problem connecting, fitting, loading, unloading and taking off the rack on her own…it is that well engineered. Thank you; your advice and recommendation has lead to a very happy customer - all expectations exceeded.

They took the time to advise me on the most suitable products for my vehicle. I had difficulty fitting the roof bars and carriers that I ordered, but they had someone give me a video call and he talked me step by step through the process. Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service. They took care of replacing a faulty bike rack without problems, even when this required shipping outside the UK, and went over and beyond to make sure there were no cost involved on my end. Glad that I bought from them.

Have used RBC over the years for Thule roof bars, Thule roof box and Atera cycle carrier for tow bar always with great service and delivery. Needed new bars and box for a new car and as always the website is the best at giving you value added choice specific to your car model. The Cruz bars and Hapro Roady box have proved an excellent buy for my new Toyota C-HR. The items arrive quickly and well packaged. Quality and price is excellent with easy fitting.
